    Nearly 70 counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault and endangering the welfare of children were filed Monday against former Johnstown pediatrician Dr. Johnnie “Jack” Barto, who is already facing three cases involving similar allegations.
